Anyone can feel better, be happy, and put their life in the direction they want. At the core of effective therapy is the client’s sincere desire and commitment to help themselves and promote positive change. Therapy can be hard work because the most difficult task is self-examination. All therapists in the practice conduct sessions in a safe, trusting, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment. We use various approaches to treatment depending on the individual. The focus is on helping clients to develop techniques to minimize symptoms, discover the root cause for symptoms, take more control of their lives, and find effective and productive coping mechanisms for elements that may be out of their control. No two people are the same, so it is important to our staff that sessions with clients are based solely on the needs and goals of each individual client and/or couple.

The practice takes many health care plans and if we are not a participating provider, we have reasonable private pay fees.

Count on our well-trained and experienced professionals to help and guide individuals, couples, families, and groups with various aspects of psychological well-being.
